Char Siew ( charred pork)

SAMSUNG CSCChar Siew aka charred pork is a common dish among the chinese people. Most of the chinese restaurants, food stalls and food courts selling it.

It goes well with a bowl of white rice and cucumber as condiment.

I cooked them last week for lunch. I must say it tasted so nice and added an inch to my waistline.
